Can I Exchange My Desk for a Different Model?

Progressive Desk does not process direct product exchanges. If you need a different model, the process is a return + new order. Here's how it works.

The Exchange Process

Since we don't hold items for exchange, the fastest way to get the model you want is:

  1. Place a new order for the correct model immediately — this ensures the item ships without delay
  2. Initiate a return on the original order by contacting support for an RMA number
  3. Return the original item in its original packaging within the 30-day window
  4. Refund is issued once the return is received and inspected
💡 Order the replacement first. If you wait for the refund before placing the new order, you may face stock availability delays. Ordering simultaneously keeps your timeline moving.

Conditions Still Apply

The standard return conditions still apply to the original item — it must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
