Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After Placing It?

Order modifications and cancellations are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.

The Cancellation / Modification Window

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. This is your window to request a cancellation or modification. Contact support as soon as possible — the sooner you reach out, the better the chance of catching the order before dispatch.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

 1. Contact support immediately

Email sales@progressivedesk.com or call 1-800-828-9414 ext 1 with your order number and the change or cancellation you need.
 

2. Team confirms if order is still modifiable

If the order hasn't shipped, the team can cancel it, update the shipping address, or modify the item. If it has already shipped, they will advise on the return process instead.
 

Order Already Shipped

Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or redirected. You will need to accept the delivery and then initiate a return following the standard return process. The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unassembled and in original packaging.

⚠️  Refusing delivery does not cancel the order. If you refuse a delivery, the item is returned to our warehouse but you are still responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before refusing a delivery.
