CAN I USE PROGRESSIVE DESK REMOTES WITH THIRD-PARTY CONTROL BOXES?

Our Progressive Desk remotes generally do not work with third-party control systems or desks from other brands. Even if the connector looks the same, the pin-outs of the ports may differ from one company to another. Our support team is not able to advise on third-party pin-outs.
