Can I Use Third-Party Remotes with a Progressive Desk?

Third-party remotes are not guaranteed to work with Progressive Desk frames. Here's why, and what to do if your original handset needs replacing.

Not recommended — compatibility is not guaranteed. Third-party handsets designed for other brands are unlikely to pair correctly with our control box firmware. Even if the physical connector matches, the signal protocol may be incompatible.

Getting a Replacement Handset

If your Progressive Desk handset is damaged, lost, or unresponsive, contact our support team for a genuine replacement. Replacement RT-11 handsets are available and matched to your control box model.

  1. Find your desk model and serial number (sticker on the crossbeam underside or control box)

  3. Provide the model and serial number — the team will source the correct replacement
