E07 — Overload Error
E07 means the desk has detected a load exceeding its rated capacity. The system stops movement to protect the motors and frame. Here's how to resolve it.
What Triggers E07
- Total weight on the desk (tabletop + all items) exceeds the model's rated capacity
- A sudden shift in load during movement — e.g., leaning heavily on the desk while it's moving
- An obstruction mid-travel that suddenly increases motor load (less common — typically triggers E0L instead)
How to Clear E07
1. Remove weight from the desk surface
Take items off the desk to reduce the total load. Check the weight capacity for your model (Mini Ryzer: 130 lbs; Solo/Prime: 275 lbs; Corner: 330 lbs). Remember to include the tabletop weight itself.
2. Unplug and wait 30 seconds
Disconnect the power cord and wait 30 seconds before plugging back in. This resets the overload detection circuit.
3. Run the ASr reset
After plugging in, hold DOWN through the full reset procedure. Once the height number appears, try moving the desk again.
💡 Recurring E07 with a normal load? If the desk triggers E07 with equipment well within the weight limit, there may be a motor or control box issue. Contact support — don't continue forcing movement.
