Information to Have Ready

Having the following ready before you contact us speeds up resolution significantly:

  • Order number:found in your order confirmation email or account order history
  • Model name:e.g., Solo Ryzer, Corner Ryzer — on the sticker under the crossbeam
  • Serial number:on the same sticker as the model name
  • Error code (if applicable):the code displayed on your handset
  • Photos or video:a 15–30 second video showing the issue is the single most helpful thing you can provide for mechanical or movement issues
