How Do I Find My Desk Model and Serial Number?
Your model name and serial number are needed for warranty claims, replacement parts, and support requests. Here's exactly where to find them.
Where to Look
The product label is a white or silver sticker with printed text. Depending on your model, it's located in one of these places:

What's on the Label
- Model name:e.g., "Solo Ryzer" or "SR-2M-BLK"
- Serial number:a unique alphanumeric code (e.g., PD-2023-SR-00412)
- Voltage / power specs:input voltage and frequency ratings
- Max load:rated weight capacity printed on the label
Tip: Lower the Desk First
Lower the desk to its minimum height before looking for the label. At minimum height, the crossbeam is closer to the floor and easier to read without lying down or using a torch.
📸 Take a photo. Once you find the label, photograph it and store the photo in your phone or email it to yourself. You'll have the model and serial number readily available whenever you need support without having to check under the desk again.
