How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Here's how to use it and what to do if tracking isn't updating.

Your Tracking Email

A shipping confirmation email is sent to the address on your order within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder first.

How to Track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email

The email is sent from Progressive Desk and has the subject line "Your order has shipped" or similar. It contains your order number and tracking link.
 

2. Click the tracking link

The link takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page showing current location and estimated delivery date.
 

3. Alternatively — track via your account

Log in to your Progressive Desk account at progressivedesk.com, go to Order History, and click your order to view the current tracking status.
 

Tracking Not Updating?

It's normal for tracking to show no movement for 24–48 hours after the shipping confirmation email is sent — the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. If tracking shows no update after 3 business days, contact sales@progressivedesk.com with your order number.
