How Do I Track My Progressive Automations or Progressive Desk Order?

Once your order ships, PA sends a tracking notification with your carrier tracking number. Here's how to find and use that information to monitor your delivery.

Tracking via Email Confirmation 

1. Check your shipping confirmation email

When your order ships (typically same day if ordered before 3:00 PM PDT), PA sends a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout. This email contains your carrier tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
 

2. Click the tracking link

The link opens the carrier's website (typically FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post) and shows current shipment status, location, and estimated delivery date.
 

3. If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation

Check your spam/junk folder first. If not found there, contact PA Support with your order number (if you have it) and the email used at checkout. The team can resend the confirmation or provide your tracking number directly.
 

Tracking via Your PA or PD Account

If you have placed an order on Progressive Automations Canada, go to the account page and enter the email address used to place your order. You will receive a verification link via email to log in.

Then navigate to My Account → Orders. Each order shows its current status and a link to tracking information once the order has shipped.

💡 Same-day shipping Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days typically ship the same day. If your order was placed after cut-off or on a weekend, it ships the next business day.
