How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed promptly. Here's the timeline and what affects it.

Inspection on receipt 1–2 business days
Refund issued by Progressive Desk Within 2 business days of inspection
Refund appears in your account 3–7 business days (depends on bank/card)

Refund to Original Payment Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account, or payment method. If your original card is expired or account closed, contact your bank — they can typically redirect the refund credit even on a closed account.

💡 Klarna refunds: If you paid via Klarna, the refund is issued to Klarna, who then adjusts your payment plan. Processing may take a few additional business days through Klarna's system.

Refund Not Received After 10 Business Days?

If your return has been delivered and inspected but you haven't seen a refund credit after 10 business days, contact sales@progressivedesk.com with your order number and return tracking confirmation.
