How to Request Replacement Parts
Whether a component was missing from your order, damaged in transit, or has failed under warranty, here's how to request a replacement part.
Types of Replacement Parts Available
- Hardware bags (bolts, Allen keys, levelling feet, screws)
- Leg cables and handset cables
- RT-11 handset (memory remote)
- Control box (2-leg or 4-leg)

- Crossbeam assemblies

How to Request
1. Identify the part you need
If possible, identify the part by name or part number using the exploded diagram in your assembly manual. If you can't identify it, describe what the part does and where it's located on the frame.
2. Contact support with your order and model details
Email sales@progressivedesk.com or call 1-800-828-9414 ext 1 with your order number, model name, serial number, and the part you need. A photo of the missing or damaged component speeds up processing significantly.
3. Parts ship within 1–2 business days
Replacement parts due to missing items or warranty issues ship at no charge. For parts requested outside of warranty (e.g., a spare handset), pricing is provided at time of request.
💡 Use the assembly manual diagram. The exploded view diagram in your assembly manual numbers every component. If you reference the part number from the diagram, the support team can fulfill your request without any back-and-forth.
