How to Start a Return

Returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping anything back. Here's the process from start to finish.

Step 1 — Request an RMA

Do not ship your return without an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed and may be refused.

To request an RMA, contact Progressive Desk support:

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. The team will verify eligibility and issue your RMA number.

Step 2 — Repack in Original Packaging

The item must be returned in its original packaging — the same boxes, foam inserts, and packing materials it arrived in. Original packaging protects the product during return transit and is required for the return to be accepted.

Step 3 — Ship and Provide Tracking

Arrange return shipping with a carrier of your choice. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Once shipped, email the tracking number to sales@progressivedesk.com so the team can monitor the return arrival.

Step 4 — Refund Issued on Receipt

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method. See the refund timeline article for processing times.
