RSt or ASr means that the standing desk is currently operating in reset mode. To complete the reset procedure, please follow the steps below. Note that the following instructions are for the RT-11, RT-13, and RT-15 remotes:
- Make sure there are no obstructions underneath the desk before completing the reset
- Hold the down button until the desk slightly lowers and raises
From here, you should be able to see numbers that indicate the height of the desk from the ground up.
