My Display Shows the Wrong Height

If the height on your handset display doesn't match the actual desk height, the control box has lost its height calibration. A reset will correct it.

Why This Happens

The control box tracks height by counting motor rotations from the initialized minimum position. If power is interrupted mid-movement, the count can become out of sync with the actual leg position. After a power outage, accidental unplug, or tripped circuit breaker, the displayed height may no longer match reality.

Fix: Run the ASr Reset

A full reset re-establishes the minimum position reference, which corrects the height tracking:

  1. Hold DOWN until the desk lowers fully and showsASr
  2. Continue holding until the desk re-homes and the display shows a height number
  3. Verify the displayed height matches a physical measurement from the floor to the top of the tabletop

💡 After reset, re-program your presets. The reset clears saved memory positions. Re-save your sitting and standing heights.

Display Showing Centimetres Instead of Inches (or Vice Versa)?

If the numbers look correct but are in the wrong unit, see the units switching article — toggling between inches and centimetres is a separate setting from height calibration.
