Setup in the Right Order
1. Choose your model (pre-purchase)
Not sure which desk is right for you? Start with the model comparison guide, then review tabletop materials and sizes before ordering.
2. Prepare for delivery
Know that delivery is to lobby / ground level only. Have someone available to help move boxes. Inspect all boxes before signing.
3. Assemble your frame and tabletop
Download the assembly manual for your model from the resources page. Watch the video guide if preferred. An electric screwdriver and a second person make the job significantly easier.
4. Initialize the desk (first power-on)
Plug in, then hold DOWN until the desk lowers and the display shows a height number. This is the RST initialization — required before the desk will move normally.
5. Set your memory presets
Move to your sitting height, hold M until display flashes, press 1. Move to standing height, hold M, press 2. Done — your two most-used heights are now one button press away.
6. Install accessories and manage cables
Mount your cable tray, power bar, and monitor arm before pushing the desk to its final position. Route cables down the back leg with slack for the full height range.
7. Register your product
Log in to your account and note your model and serial number. Your 5-year frame warranty is already active — registration ensures support has your details on file for any future requests.
