RST / RSt Error — My Desk Won't Move After Assembly

The RST or RSt display on your handset is not a fault — it means the desk needs to initialize its height range before it can operate. This happens on first power-on and after any full reset.

What RST / RSt Means

When the control box is powered on for the first time, or after a system reset, it doesn't yet know its minimum and maximum travel limits. The RST prompt instructs you to run a calibration routine so the system can establish its height range.

Until this routine is completed, UP and DOWN buttons will not move the desk.

How to Clear RST / RSt

1. Press and hold the DOWN button

Hold DOWN continuously. The desk will begin to lower toward its minimum height. Do not release.

2. Keep holding through ASr

The display will show ASr as the desk reaches minimum height. Continue holding DOWN — the desk will briefly move upward and then lower again as part of the calibration.

3. Release when height number appears

Once the display shows a height number (e.g., 28.5 or 72 in cm), calibration is complete. The desk is ready to use.

⚠️  RST keeps coming back? If the desk shows RST on every power-on, the control box may not be retaining calibration data. Check that the power cord is fully seated at both ends and that the outlet provides stable power. If the issue persists, contact support.
