Warranty Registration

Registering your Progressive Desk product ensures your warranty is on file and speeds up any future support or replacement requests. Here's how to register and why it matters.

Do I Need to Register to Be Covered?

Your warranty coverage begins automatically from your purchase date — registration is not required to be covered. However, registering your product creates a support record that allows the team to look up your details instantly, without needing to locate your original order confirmation email every time you contact support.

How to Register

1. Create or log in to your Progressive Desk account

Go to progressivedesk.com/account and log in. If you ordered as a guest, create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.
 

2. Locate your order in Order History

Your purchase will appear in your order history automatically if you ordered while logged in. If you ordered as a guest, you may need to link the order manually — contact support if it doesn't appear.
 

3. Keep your serial number on file

Note your model name and serial number (from the sticker under the crossbeam) in your account notes or a personal document. This is the most important piece of information for any warranty claim.
 
 

✅  Warranty starts from purchase date. The 5-year frame warranty and 2-year tabletop warranty begin on the date of your original order — not the date of registration or delivery.
