What Are the Delivery Requirements?
Standing desk orders are large and heavy — delivery works differently than a standard parcel. Here's what to expect and how to prepare for delivery day.
Standard Delivery: Lobby / Ground Level Only
Progressive Desk shipments are delivered to the lobby or ground floor only — this is standard freight delivery. The carrier is not required to bring the package inside, up stairs, or into an elevator. Plan to have help available to move the box from the delivery point to your installation location.
⚠️ Apartment or condo buildings: Confirm your building allows freight deliveries to the lobby. The carrier will bring the package to the building entrance only — you are responsible for moving it to your unit.

Most orders arrive in two or more boxes. The frame and tabletop ship in separate boxes. Do not attempt to carry multiple boxes alone — a second person is recommended for all frame-size deliveries.
Inspect Before Signing
Before the carrier leaves, inspect all boxes for visible damage — dents, tears, crushed corners. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. This documentation is required for a damage claim. You are not obligated to accept a visibly damaged shipment.
