What Is Progressive's General Return Policy?

Progressive Automations and Progressive Desk accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible products. Here is what qualifies, how to start a return, and what is not returnable.

Progressive Automations Return Policy

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition required: unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition
  • Restocking fee: may apply for opened or partially used items
  • Return shipping: the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or shipped in error by PA
  • Non-returnable: custom orders, cut cables, modified products, and items outside the 30-day window

Progressive Desk Return Policy

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition required: unassembled and in original packaging for desk frames
  • Return shipping: desk frames are large and heavy — contact support for a return shipping quote before proceeding
  • Tabletops: eligible for return if undamaged and in original packaging
  • Sale items: may be marked final sale — check the product listing before purchasing

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact support 
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return
  3. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the box
  5. Ship to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email
  6. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of the returned item being received

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Products that have been assembled, installed, used, or modified
  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has closed

Tip: Take photos of the item and original packaging before shipping your return. This protects you if there is any dispute about the condition of the item when it arrives.
