What Is the Return Policy?
Progressive Desk offers a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled products in original packaging. Here are the full conditions and what to expect.

⚠️ Once assembled, the item cannot be returned. Our return policy requires the product to be unused and unassembled. If you assembled your desk and then decided it's not right for you, the item is outside the return window regardless of the 30-day date.
No Restocking Fee
Progressive Desk does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. If your return qualifies, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or a packing error on our part. Return shipping for a full desk is significant — typically $80–$200 depending on your location and carrier. Consider this before initiating a return for non-defective reasons.
