What Is the Return Policy?

Progressive Desk offers a 30-day return window for unused, unassembled products in original packaging. Here are the full conditions and what to expect.

⚠️  Once assembled, the item cannot be returned. Our return policy requires the product to be unused and unassembled. If you assembled your desk and then decided it's not right for you, the item is outside the return window regardless of the 30-day date.

No Restocking Fee

Progressive Desk does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns. If your return qualifies, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or a packing error on our part. Return shipping for a full desk is significant — typically $50–$200 depending on your location and carrier. Consider this before initiating a return for non-defective reasons.

How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Request an RMA

Do not ship your return without an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed and may be refused.

To request an RMA, contact Progressive Desk support:

Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. The team will verify eligibility and issue your RMA number.

Step 2 — Repack in Original Packaging

The item must be returned in its original packaging — the same boxes, foam inserts, and packing materials it arrived in. Original packaging protects the product during return transit and is required for the return to be accepted.

Step 3 — Ship and Provide Tracking

Arrange return shipping with a carrier of your choice. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Once shipped, email the tracking number to sales@progressivedesk.com so the team can monitor the return arrival.

Step 4 — Refund Issued on Receipt

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method. See the refund timeline article for processing times.
