What Is the Warranty Policy?

Progressive Desk products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Here's what's covered, how long, and how to make a claim.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Motor failures under normal use within the weight capacity
  • Control box electronic failures not caused by external damage
  • Structural frame defects

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage from exceeding the rated weight capacity
  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or improper assembly
  • Water or liquid damage to the control box, motors, or handset
  • Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, minor cosmetic marks)
  • Damage from modifications or use of non-approved accessories

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact support with your order number

Email sales@progressivedesk.com or call 1-800-828-9414 ext 1. Provide your order number, model name, serial number, and a description of the issue.

2. Provide photos or video if possible

A short video of the issue (e.g., the desk not moving, the error code on display, the noise during movement) significantly speeds up diagnosis and claim approval.
 

3. Resolution: part replacement or full replacement

Depending on the issue, support will arrange a replacement component (motor, control box, handset) or a full product replacement. All warranty replacements ship at no cost.
