Shipping Locations
- Canada — Primary distribution point for Canadian orders and most international shipments
- United States — Primary distribution point for US domestic orders, enabling faster delivery and lower shipping costs for US customers
Which Warehouse Will My Order Ship From?
For most customers, the shipping origin is determined automatically based on your delivery address, product availability, and the most efficient routing at the time of your order. Your tracking email will show the originating warehouse location.
Does It Matter Which Location Ships My Order?
For the majority of customers the origin is transparent and has no impact on the experience. However, be aware of these edge cases:
- Cross-border shipments — if your order ships from Canada to a US address (or vice versa), brokerage fees or customs duties may apply depending on product value
- Stock availability — lead times may vary if a product is only available at one location
- Shipping carrier — the carrier used may differ depending on the originating warehouse
International Orders
International orders typically ship from Canada. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Tip: If you are a US customer and your order confirmation notes that it is shipping from Canada, check whether your shipment value triggers any US customs duties. Contact support before the order ships if you have questions.
